Trainee Membership Program
The Essentials
Weightless Training Ground’s trainee memberships are designed for members who want to enjoy a private environment to conduct their regular workouts. This membership includes full access to the facility, and any equipment available, during operating hours, but without our signature inclusive WeightLess coaching sessions.
Standard Membership Program
An Independent Workout That You Can Depend On
Our standard membership allows our clients’ full access to our facility during operating hours. We also provide workout programs for when you want to work out but need help figuring out what to do. And if you have any questions, feel free to ask us! Jeremy and Brian are available anytime to answer questions about an exercise or to give pointers and tips for your workout.
A Standard Membership also includes two consultations with our fitness and nutrition coaches in your first month and one consultation (nutrition or fitness) each following month for the duration of your membership.

Full Body Transformation
Our Full Body Transformation Package is designed for Clients who feel like they need to make a significant change in their lifestyle and don’t know where to begin. A Full Body Transformation requires proper Nutrition, Exercise, and Recovery which is why our FBT Package includes a full range of Fitness Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, and Stretching/Recovery sessions to fully attack your transformation the right way.
Our Full Body Transformation Package includes:
