Group Fitness Programs

Starting with our 6 – Week Introduction Program, our Group Fitness Programs are designed to bring a team effort to your training that can help give you the boost and confidence you need to continue your workout program and finally reach your goals!

Our group sessions are limited to 5 people per hour.

The sessions are designed to be taken twice a week minimum, but most of our clients opt in for more sessions during the week!
